I believe sacred adornment should be accessible to all who feel called to it. To make this easier, I offer a range of flexible payment options.

For in-person purchases at markets and fayres, Clearpay is also available through my Square reader — just open your Clearpay app and tap to pay.
All transactions are secure and immediate and your amulet will begin its journey to you as soon as your first payment clears.

Card payments
All major debit and credit cards are accepted both online and at market stalls.
If You Need a Different Payment Arrangement
If you feel strongly called to a piece but need a different payment structure, please reach out. I am always open to creating accessible, supportive arrangements.
Shipping info
When you purchase goods from our 'Site' (www.thewayoftheknots.co.uk), the goods will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days in eco-friendly packaging. Each parcel includes your amulet, certificate, blessings and ritual items.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
The goods are shipped via Royal Mail (Tracked 24 with signature and Tracked 48 with signature).
Return Policy
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period:
Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the goods when you purchased good(s) in one order that are all delivered together;
Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the last good when you purchased goods in one order that are delivered separately; or
Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the first good when you purchased goods that will be regularly delivered during a defined period of time.
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at monika@thewayoftheknots.co.uk
The right to cancel does not apply to custom or personalised goods.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs will not be refunded unless faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders or personalised items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
